We begin by deeply understanding the situation of your very own business. It is of cornerstone importance to purely focus on capturing information and making sense out of it.
Perhaps the most important step of the process, understanding where we want to go, our future state. With proper attention to this step, we practically secure the success of the project, making a real difference while staying pragmatic in terms of what needs to be done.
We then collaborate to identify the gaps between the present- and the envisioned future state. Understanding the gaps tells us what needs to be done. Mitigating them, indicates how to it.
As a next step, we work to redesign the process in order to alleviate the identified gaps. The design needs to be holistic, but it can be implemented in a step-wise fashion.
If required, at this stage we can implement the required workflows that will serve as the backbone of our newly designed process.
The above workflows can be implemented in a system selected together with the client. Maintaining existing infrastructure is preferabe whenever feasible to minimize adoption efforts.
